Cadre is an employee-owned collective that builds software focused on social impact.

We're founded on two main principles - equitability and accessibility.

Equitability starts within our own organization. Salary compensation is entirely based on need and hours worked. Employees are given shares of the company based on their tenure, and the same formula applies to everyone.

We actively seek out opportunities to build accessible products where none exist today. We built LSAT Journal because the cheapest LSAT prep platform was $69/month. We built Pigeon, an iMessage app for Android, to break into Apple’s walled garden.
